Once upon a time there was a girl...  In nature also.real activity needs to be started after huge pressure of force coming from inside.  If you are a volcano ,lava accumulates in you ,when you face irresistible inner pressure ,you burst outside and flow to the vicinity engulfing everything.  If you are a tornado , pressure from upper and lower air forces you to twist and rotate and cover huge areas with amazing speed. In you ,there will be heavy raining and lightning like your own terrified mind . If you are a whirlpool, the upper and lower water currents form a pressure that depresses you and turn you to swirl and swallow whatever comes into your whirl.  Everything is same ,  You and the universe are the same .  What is in you , you can see in the nature also. 😊👍

 You start your journey . You will never have to look back when you reach at some threshold limit . Till then , manage yourself . Think for yourself.  Others will follow later. 😊👍

True bond never needs any communication. Your silence also will be known to them. Your eyes and face will Convey them messages.  It will reach them even if the situation is not favourable at that time. Knee pain is becoming common in middle age population also now a days . Causes of knee pain may be falls ,fractures or conditions like Osteo arthritis causing degeneration of bones in knee joint. Symptoms associated with knee pain may be difficulty in movement , swelling of knee joint , difficulty to stand up after sitting and stiffness in knee joint. Investigations helpful for diagnosis are blood tests , X ray and other radiological tests. In Ayurveda , Sandhivata causes knee pain. Treatment aims to reduce symptoms and reduce weight of the body to decrease work load of knee joint which bears the body weight always. In the childhood , Kapha nourishes and develops the bodily tissues with its unctous nature , also the babies will be having soft , smooth skin and  attraction to sweet things due to kapha ,happiness also correlates to Kapha. You might have seen Demons ,The Asuras fighting with prickly weapons in the Television. Why such a shape is preferred for showing negative weapons ? The answer is in thorny plants like Cactus which are xerophytic adaptations to store water and to  decrease surface area of the plant surface for  reducing further loss of water in dry areas like deserts. As per Ayurveda , dryness ,the ruksa guna is found in Vata dosha. So , the black thorny plant itself represents Vata dosha kopa and it shows a kind  of dehydration in the surrounding areas too as it stores water for itself always .
