Life is a play of innumerable moments mixed with emotions and incidents. Some come to life to teach us something , some learn somethings from us. 
Thanks to all who made the way memorable , may be the life will take a U turn and lead to destinations to be conquered in solitude and thoughtfulness. 
Yet , remembering all souls who once upon a time encouraged to remain calm amidst the storms , taught to be confident and positive . 
Some talked about the mission , some about the destination to be reached and some about the challenges and opportunities in between. The topics are vast and different , yet each and every word gifted is important. 
Thanks to all memorable people out there , never bid adieu any ways. 
For all are meant for each other in the intertwined universe. See you at some day, some where, in some form; atleast in mental sky so vast.

    Some souls reincarnate only to perfect their activities and roles.  When they reach that segment of life where correction is needed , they do it and again continue the rest of life with ease .  This makes them feel dejavu throughout their lives as they know how to do things since many incarnations. They repeatedly do certain karmas and attain mastery in it. Knee pain and Ayurveda

Knee pain is becoming common in middle age population also now a days . Causes of knee pain may be falls ,fractures or conditions like Osteo arthritis causing degeneration of bones in knee joint. Symptoms associated with knee pain may be difficulty in movement , swelling of knee joint , difficulty to stand up after sitting and stiffness in knee joint. Investigations helpful for diagnosis are blood tests , X ray and other radiological tests. In Ayurveda , Sandhivata causes knee pain. Treatment aims to reduce symptoms and reduce weight of the body to decrease work load of knee joint which bears the body weight always.
